Decreto 218/2005 - (Andalucia) What is it?

Brought on to the Statutes on 11th October 2005 to regulate and ensure that full and correct information is supplied to purchasers and renters of property in Andalucia, with the responsibility resting with the relevant estate/rental agent.

The Decree 218/2005 shows full details of the property and, in the case of property for sale, advises if there is a mortgage, or extensions to the property that have not been added to the Title Deeds (Escritura), i.e., swimming pool, garage, extra rooms, etc., and therefore do not appear on the Registry details (Nota Simplé).
