2021 saw us celebrating our 35th year of ongoing service in Mojacar, Costa del Almeria, Andalucia, and we were the first British professionally qualified estate agents to establish offices in the area.

We first opened our doors in 1986 from rented offices, next to the Santander Bank, on Mojacar Playa, before moving to our own present frontline premises in 1996 where it has become a major landmark.  Price Brown Partnership is one of the longest established companies for property sales and holiday rentals in the area. Our reputation is cemented in honest and steadfast service, sound advice, built on years of experience, and we are committed to client satisfaction. We are members of the ATP ADPI (Spain).

Price Brown SL comply fully to Decreto 218/2005 (October 11, which approves the Regulation on consumer information in the sale and rental of homes in Andalusia). As a result we are required to obtain and store certain items of documentation pertaining to the property for sale or rent. These items include a copy of the escritura (title deeds), a recent Nota Simple, latest IBI (rates receipt), copy of a recent utility bill (water, gas, electricity), details of community fees, passport and NIE copies for all property owners, Energy Performance Certificate.

Our sales department has an excellent portfolio of new and resale properties in every price range, an in-house professional service covering all aspects of property sales, and an after-sales service that is second to none. Next to our reputation, Price Brown consider their staff to be their most valued asset providing clients with a personal, honest, and straightforward service. Whether you are looking for a villa for sale with sea views and own private pool, or an apartment or townhouse on a secure complex with community pool, we have properties to suit all tastes and budgets.

Rentals and Property Management

Our Management & Rental department has its own portfolio of excellent properties for holiday and long-term rentals, all within very close proximity to the Mojacar beaches. All apartments, houses and villas available to rent have pools, and are within walking distance of restaurants, bars and beaches.
