At the other end of the lounge there are stairs leading up into the spectacular sun room/second sitting room with ceiling fan and traditional patterned tiled floor. This room has full width windows offering the most spectacular views over the valley and doors lead out onto the balcony which is large enough for a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the amazing views from.

There is another small flight of stairs with a feature balustrade to another double bedroom (twin beds).

A door from the hallway leads to outside and following around to the back of the house is a seating area with a independant apartment which would be perfect for visiting family and guests.

A door opens into the apartment to the living/dining area with kitchenette and an electric log effect burner. A few steps up to a double bedroom with ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom comprising a half bath with shower over, pedestal wash hand basin and WC. All of the rooms in the apartment have superb views.

Further down the steps from the apartment to the front of the house is a laundry room with sink unit and washing machine.

Under the house at ground level there three separate doors, one being a workshop with beamed ceilings, the second has a stable door to another workshop store room, the third door is and up and over door leading into the garage and you can also access the workshop inside the garage. There is ample room to the side of the property for parking, and this area also has the wood store.

There are mains services for water and electricity connected and the furniture is negotiable.
