This beautiful villa is located just outside Albox, about 3 km from the center of Albox

Albox is a typical Spanish town, located about 130 km from the provincial capital of Almeria. In Albox you will find all amenities including numerous shops, the most famous banks, post office, restaurants, bars and various builders' merchants. There are schools for children of all ages and a 24-hour medical centre. The nearest major hospital is in Huercal Overa, about 21 km away. Albox has a municipal swimming pool, a sports centre, a padel club and a tennis club which also has its own swimming pool. There is a large market every Tuesday morning and a smaller market on Saturday morning.

Now we're going to the beautiful villa.

As mentioned earlier, this is located just outside Albox. In a quiet area and with a 360° view of the countryside. The site was split into 2 parts. On the lower part we find several olive trees and fruit trees. There is also plenty of space for relaxation, such as a petanque court, a play area for children, an area for playing batminton or tennis and the site is illuminated at night.

The higher part where the house is located is completely fenced and equipped with an electric entrance gate. When we go through this gate we immediately have on the left the beautiful swimming pool of 8.5 m by 10.5 m and the enclosed shower room for more privacy. Behind the wall at the end of the pool we find the complete technical installation of the pool.

On the right side of the entrance gate, we see the spacious garage a little further on. This garage offers space for a large passenger car and then there is still enough space left to place storage cupboards. A sink was also provided in the garage. A raised storage room was also provided in the garage that runs across the entire width and almost the entire length of the garage.

Around the house, various sitting areas and terraces have been provided to enjoy the beautiful Spanish weather to the fullest. A covered area with artificial grass was also provided for pleasant outdoor dining in the pleasant evening temperatures as we know them here. We also find a BBQ area here. It's actually too much to mention. The entire garden was equipped with solar-powered LED lighting and lots of decoration that makes you feel like you're in paradise in the evening.

When we enter the house itself, we first enter a covered and enclosed spacious sitting area where it is wonderful to relax. From here we walk through the main entrance and enter the central L-shaped hall. All rooms of the house open onto this hall.

First we come across the living room on our right. This living room is spacious, bright with large glass windows and comfortably furnished. There is even room left to place a dining table and chairs. When we go through the large glass doors on the other side of the living room, we return to the first living space at the front of the house.

If we go back into the hall, the spacious, fully equipped kitchen returns. The kitchen is fully equipped and also offers enough space to place a dining table and chairs. At the back of the kitchen we have a small area that opens into the garden that can possibly be used as a storage room.

Further through the hall we find the three spacious bedrooms and the first bathroom, which was equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. At the back of the hall we have access to the largest bedroom of the three. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom was equipped with a bath, shower, sink and toilet. The three bedrooms are spacious, ready and all equipped with air conditioning.

In short, this is a beautiful home located in an idyllic location just outside Albox and is definitely worth a visit.
