At the far end of the pool patio is located the second carp pond with a wooden bridge set over.

Alongside the carport is a brick built store that houses the 3000l mains fed water tank that supplies the house. An additional paddock area with shelter provides a home for 2 donkeys at present and at the end of their paddock is the fenced 40m x 20m sand school.
